SmartFlexora started with a simple frustration: buying a treadmill online meant choosing between a marketplace listing with no clear seller, and a manufacturer site that only sold one thing. Neither told you whether the machine was right for your space, your floor, or your knees.
So we built the store we wanted to buy from.
Who we are
SmartFlexora LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The company was founded in 2026 and is owned and run by Ozan Yildirim, who works from Germany. We sell exclusively to customers in the 48 contiguous United States, and all orders ship from warehouses inside the US.
How we source
We buy through direct arrangements with the brands we carry:
- KingSmith and WalkingPad — authorized reseller, covering treadmills, walking pads, rowing machines and accessories
- RDX Sports — supplied through an approved dropshipping arrangement with the manufacturer, covering boxing, strength and training equipment
- Recovery, mobility and massage products — sourced through established fulfilment partners
For KingSmith and WalkingPad, buying from an authorized reseller means the unit is genuine and the manufacturer warranty is handled through the official channel. Coverage for every product range is set out on our Warranty Policy page.
What we do
We curate fitness equipment for home and office use — treadmills and walking pads, massage guns, recovery and pain relief, mobility and stretching gear. Every product we list is one we'd put in our own home. If a machine doesn't hold up, it doesn't go on the site.
How we work
- Sourced through direct supplier arrangements. Our treadmills, walking pads and combat gear come from the brands that build them, shipped from US warehouses. No gray market, no returns repackaged as new.
- Shipped from the US. Orders ship within 48 hours and typically arrive in 2 to 6 business days, with free shipping on every US order. Manufacturer warranty applies where offered — the details are on each product page.
- A real person answers. Email us and you'll get a reply from someone who knows the products, not a ticket number and a canned response. Before you buy, after you buy, either way.
