How it works

  1. Send us the brief. Use the form below with your quantities, or just describe the space and we'll suggest a configuration.
  2. You get a written quote within one business day — itemized, with delivery and lead times per line.
  3. Approve, pay, and we ship. Orders ship within 48 hours of cleared payment, with tracking on every item.

Good to know

  • Payment. Business orders are prepaid by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal against a written quote. We issue a proper invoice with every order. Purchase orders are welcome as the basis for a quote; payment is due before shipment.
  • Delivery. Free delivery to any address in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Units ship as individual parcels door to door, typically arriving within 2 to 6 business days after shipping.
  • Warranty. Coverage depends on the product range. KingSmith and WalkingPad equipment carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty on the motor, electronic controller, main frame and console. RDX equipment carries a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. All other products are covered by our 30-day Buyer Protection. In each case the coverage is the same as for a retail purchase and applies to use at your own premises. Rental use and resale are not covered. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
  • Who we can supply. We supply businesses buying equipment for their own use. We are not able to supply for onward resale or for rental fleets.
  • Sales tax. If your organization holds a valid exemption or resale certificate, send it with your quote request and we'll apply it before invoicing. A resale certificate is used to document tax-exempt status; it does not imply a right to resell our products.
  • Returns. Business orders follow the same 30-day return terms as retail orders. See our Refund & Return Policy.
