3. Split Shipments

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment confirmation.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
