Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from within the United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment. Delivery then typically takes 2 to 6 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times differ by product and by the warehouse an item ships from, so the estimate shown on the product page is the one that applies to your order. Estimates may occasionally vary — if your order is significantly delayed, just contact us and we'll help or issue a full refund.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer, so check the product page for the exact terms. In summary:
- KingSmith and WalkingPad treadmills, walking pads and rowing machines — 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, electronic controller, main frame and console.
- RDX boxing and combat gear — 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- All other products — covered by our 30-day Buyer Protection below; no separate manufacturer warranty applies.
Our 30-day Buyer Protection applies to every order in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Buyer Protection
Every order is backed by our 30-day Buyer Protection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — just email support@smartflexora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. In most cases you won't even need to send anything back.
Returns & Refunds
What if something isn't right with my order?
You're covered by our 30-day Buyer Protection above — damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described items are resolved quickly with a replacement or refund.
What if I change my mind?
KingSmith and WalkingPad items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging; a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and bundled items must be returned together. Items delivered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned within 45 days.
For all other products, change-of-mind returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — just reach out and we'll do our best to help. We're always happy to answer any questions before you buy, so you get the right product the first time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every order goes through a secure, encrypted checkout.

SmartFlexora LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. The company is owned and run by Ozan Yildirim, who works from Germany. All products ship from warehouses inside the United States.
