Warranty Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Every product we sell is covered by our own 30-day Buyer Protection. Some products additionally carry a manufacturer warranty. On eligible products you can also add an optional extended protection plan at checkout. This page explains which coverage applies to which product, what it includes, and how to make a claim.
1. Warranty at a glance
| Product range | Manufacturer warranty | Buyer Protection |
|---|---|---|
|
KingSmith and WalkingPad treadmills, walking pads, rowing machines and accessories |
12 months from delivery | 30 days |
|
RDX boxing and combat sports equipment |
3 months against manufacturing defects | 30 days |
|
All other products recovery, mobility, massage, strength equipment |
None | 30 days |
The warranty period runs from the date the product is delivered to you. The applicable period for each product is stated on its product page. An optional extended protection plan can be added at checkout on eligible products β see section 4.
2. KingSmith and WalkingPad β 12-month limited warranty
The manufacturer's limited warranty covers, at minimum, the following components against defects in materials and workmanship:
- the motor
- the electronic controller
- the main frame
- the console and display
Within the warranty period the manufacturer will repair or replace a defective unit free of charge, including parts and labor. Spare parts are available from the manufacturer for as long as the model remains supported.
Use at a workplace is covered. If your organization buys equipment for use at its own premises β an office, a workplace-wellness program or an employee home-office scheme β that is not treated as commercial use and the full 12-month warranty applies. See our business ordering page for volume orders.
3. RDX β 3-month warranty
RDX boxing and combat sports equipment carries a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers faults in materials and workmanship, not the normal wear that comes with training use.
4. Optional Extended Protection Plan
On eligible products you can add an extended protection plan at checkout. The plan is administered by Consumer Priority Service (CPS), an independent third-party warranty administrator. SmartFlexora sells the plan; CPS provides the service and is your contract partner for it.
When it starts and how long it lasts
The plan begins on the day the manufacturer's warranty expires and runs for the term you selected. Plans are offered in several terms, and total protection can extend to up to six years from your date of purchase.
Important β register your plan within 30 days
Your protection plan must be registered with CPS within 30 days of your invoice date. If it is not registered in time, coverage under the plan may be restricted or lost entirely. Registration is free and takes a few minutes: go to cpscentral.com and use the plan registration link, or call CPS at (800) 905-0443 to register by phone. Keep your invoice to hand β you will need the purchase date and the product details. We will also send you a reminder by email after your order.
What the plan covers
- Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use
- Mechanical and electrical failure of functional components
- 100% of parts and labor on covered repairs, with no deductible
- Both residential and commercial use
- If a covered unit is beyond economical repair, it is replaced or the claim is settled monetarily
What the plan does not cover
- Accidental damage. Standard exercise equipment plans do not include accidental damage; that is a separate plan type offered only on specific items.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, rust or corrosion, spilled liquids, or foreign objects inside the equipment
- Damage from accident, theft, fire, flood, or external causes such as inadequate electrical power
- Cosmetic damage β dents, scratches, chips, peeling, or defects in paint, plastic or finish
- Accessories and consumable or user-replaceable parts, including cables, power adapters, batteries and remote controls
- Products that are dead on arrival, fail within the first 30 days, or have a pre-existing condition (these are handled under our Buyer Protection instead β see section 7)
- Damage caused by unauthorized parts, improper service or modification, and failure to follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions
- Shipping to and from a service center, and setup, removal or installation charges
- Lost or stolen products, damage in transit, and consequential or incidental damages
If a technician finds no fault, or a claim is denied under the plan terms, the costs of that visit are the plan holder's responsibility.
Making a claim on the plan
CPS must approve service before any repair begins. File a claim at cpscentral.com using the βMake A Claimβ link, or call CPS at (800) 905-0443. Have your original invoice and your plan details ready.
Limit of liability
Total liability under the plan is capped at the original purchase price of the covered product. Once total repair costs reach that amount β or the item's current fair market value, whichever is lower β the plan ends. Replacing a covered product also fulfills and ends the plan.
Transferring the plan
Plans can be transferred to a new owner of the equipment. Contact CPS with the serial number, proof of purchase of the plan and the new owner's details. CPS charges a $25 transfer fee.
Full plan terms
This section is a summary. The complete terms and conditions of the protection plan, including any amendments required by your state, are issued by CPS with your plan documents and are published at cpscentral.com/standard-warranty-terms-and-conditions. Where this summary and the CPS plan documents differ, the plan documents apply. Questions about the plan before you buy: support@smartflexora.com.
5. What the manufacturer warranty does not cover
Manufacturer warranties do not cover:
- Wear items β belts, running mats, grips, padding and similar parts that wear with normal use
- Accidental damage β drops, impacts, liquid damage or damage in transit after delivery
- Cosmetic wear β scratches, scuffs and discoloration that do not affect function
- Improper assembly or maintenance β including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product
- Rental and commercial use β rental fleets, pay-per-use installations and resale; use by a business at its own premises is not excluded, see section 2
- Unauthorized repairs β any repair or modification carried out by someone other than the manufacturer or an authorized service partner
Where a fault is not covered by warranty, we will still help you find a solution β spare parts can usually be ordered from the manufacturer at their current prices.
6. How to make a warranty claim
For manufacturer warranty and Buyer Protection claims, email support@smartflexora.com with:
- your order number
- the model name and, where available, the serial number
- a short photo or video showing the issue
We acknowledge warranty requests within two business days and will tell you the next step β in many cases a fault can be resolved remotely without returning anything. Claims under an extended protection plan go directly to CPS, see section 4.
7. Faults within the first 30 days
If a product arrives damaged or fails within 30 days of delivery through no fault of your own, you do not need to use the warranty process. This is handled under our 30-day Buyer Protection: we arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and return shipping is at our cost. See our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Repairs after the first 30 days
For a defect reported more than 30 days after delivery but within the warranty period, the unit is sent to the manufacturer's US service address. Repair and return are free of charge under the manufacturer warranty. We will confirm the expected turnaround when we issue the return authorization; where a repair is not reasonably possible, a replacement unit of the same model is supplied instead.
Contact us first β we will issue the return authorization and the correct service address. Please do not ship anything back without one.
9. Replacement units
A replacement unit carries the remaining term of the original warranty, and in any event not less than 90 days from the date the replacement is delivered. If the original model is no longer available, the nearest equivalent current model is supplied at no additional cost.
10. Continuity of coverage
Manufacturer warranty obligations run for their full term regardless of any later change to our supplier arrangements or to the availability of a product model. A warranty granted at the time of your purchase stays valid for its full period.
11. Your statutory rights
The warranties described here are given in addition to, and do not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
