▸ Is a barbell included?
The Hipicute set includes a connector that joins the two handles into a short barbell for the rack. A full-length Olympic bar and plates are not included.
▸ How much space does the station need?
Roughly 8 × 5 ft in use: the bench with rack is about 42 × 30 in, plus room to lift and walk around. Folded, the bench and rack stand against a wall.
▸ How much assembly?
The bench and rack come with hardware and a manual; plan an hour with a second person. The dumbbell rack is a few bolts. The dumbbells need no assembly.
▸ Does everything arrive together?
Three products, several parcels, each with its own tracking number, from our US warehouse.
