▸ WM10 or WR20 — what's the difference?
The WM10 adds 32 magnetic levels on top of the water, so you can set a precise, repeatable load; peak resistance is 110 lb. The WR20 is water only, with a higher 176 lb peak for hard pulls. Structured training and controllable intensity: WM10. Maximum raw load and the purest water feel: WR20.
▸ Do I have to fill it with water? Does it leak?
Yes, you fill the tank once with tap water using the included pump (2.9–4.0 gal depending on the level you want). The tank is sealed; add a water-treatment tablet every few months to keep it clear. No draining needed between sessions.
▸ How loud is it?
The water makes a soft rushing sound with each stroke; there's no fan noise like an air rower. Fine for an apartment.
▸ How much space does it need?
81.5 × 18.9 in in use. Folded in three it's 31 in long and stands against a wall.
▸ Does it track my workouts?
Yes. The console shows time, distance, strokes and 500 m pace, and the KS Fit app syncs sessions to your phone, Apple Health and Apple Watch.
▸ Is assembly required?
No. Unfold it, fill the tank and row.
▸ Is the extended protection plan a monthly subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment made at checkout. There is no monthly charge, no renewal and nothing to cancel later.
Delivery
Free delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Warranty and returns
Every WM10 comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the frame, tank, resistance mechanism and console. The full terms are in our warranty policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Optional extended protection
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
- One single payment — never a monthly rate. You pay once at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel later.
- 100% of parts and labor for mechanical and electrical failure, including manufacturing defects and hardware failure.
- Home and commercial use are both covered — the plan is valid whether the rowing machine sits in your bedroom or in an office.
- If it cannot be repaired, it gets replaced.
