Color applies to all four items, so the set arrives matched. Size covers the head guard, groin guard and grappling gloves. Glove weight is chosen separately for the boxing gloves, since weight and body size aren't the same thing.
Rough guide on weight: 10 oz for speed and pad work, 12 oz for general training, 14 to 16 oz for sparring. Most gyms require 16 oz for sparring — check with yours before ordering.

Not for boxing. If you'll never do MMA or clinch work, buy the T-17 gloves, head guard and groin guard individually instead.
▸ Does one size fit all three protective items?
The Size option sets head guard, groin guard and grappling gloves together. They're cut so the same letter size fits the same person; if you're between sizes on any of them, choose the larger.
▸ Which glove weight for sparring?
16 oz. Nearly every gym requires it, and it protects your partner as much as you.
▸ Can I return one item from the set?
No. Bundle items are returned together, since the set is priced as one.
