Measure around your palm at the knuckles, without the thumb. As a guide: S 7–7.5 in, M 7.5–8 in, L 8–8.5 in, XL over 8.5 in. If you're between sizes, go up so wraps fit underneath.
▸ Can I hit the heavy bag with them?
Light to moderate bag work, yes. For hard, repeated bag rounds, boxing gloves protect the hand better. These are built for MMA drills, clinch work and sparring.
▸ Are they legal for sparring at my gym?
Most MMA gyms use 4–7 oz grappling gloves like these for sparring, but rules vary. Check with your coach.
