▸ How do I pick a size?
Measure around your head just above the eyebrows. As a guide: S up to 21 in, M 21–22 in, L 22–23 in, XL over 23 in. The straps fine-tune from there; if you're on a border, size down for a snugger fit.
▸ Does it block my vision?
No more than any sparring head guard. The cheek pads sit below the eye line and there's no face bar, so you keep your peripheral view.
▸ Is it for sparring or competition?
Sparring and training. Competition rules on head guards vary by federation; check yours before relying on it for bouts.
▸ Does it match the T-17 gloves?
