Choosing your glove weight
As a rough guide: 10 oz for speed and pad work, 12 oz for most adults training on the bag, 14 to 16 oz for heavier training and sparring. If you're between two, size up.

12 oz for most adults. Go 14 or 16 oz if you're heavier-set or plan to spar soon.
▸ Can I return just one item?
