▸ Do I really need a mat?
On carpet, not necessarily. On hardwood, tile or laminate, yes: it protects the floor, cuts the noise your neighbors hear and stops the pad from drifting forward.
▸ Which models does it fit?
All the walking pads (C2, A1 Pro, Z3, R3) and the compact X-series treadmills. The 55 in belt of the X218 is longer than the mat, so that model overhangs at the ends.
▸ Does it smell?
NBR foam can have a faint rubber smell out of the box. Unroll it and leave it for a day; it goes.
▸ Can I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth. It's water-resistant, so sweat doesn't soak in.
▸ Is the extended protection plan a monthly subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment made at checkout. There is no monthly charge, no renewal and nothing to cancel later.
Delivery
Free delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Warranty and returns
Every WalkingPad Floor Mat comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering material and workmanship defects. The full terms are in our warranty policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Optional extended protection
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
