KingSmith X214 Folding Treadmill
A double-folding treadmill with a wide deck, interactive light and full armrests. Sits between the X21 and the X218 in the running range.
What it changes
Bought once, not billed monthly. A US gym runs $40–70 a month, every month, whether you go or not. This is one payment, and it stays in your home.
The drive costs more than the fee. Two sessions a week is an hour in traffic and fuel you didn't plan on. Here the commute is the length of a hallway.
Your evenings come back. 6 a.m. or 10 p.m., twelve minutes or fifty. Nothing has to be booked, and nothing closes.
Built to outlast the payback. Optional protection from Consumer Priority Service picks up after the one-year manufacturer warranty, for up to six years of total coverage.
Why you'll love it
- Faster than the X21, lighter than the X218. 8.7 mph on a 1.25 HP motor, an 18.1 in belt, and a 95 lb frame that one person can roll away.
- Full armrests as standard. Front and side armrests give you something to hold at speed, which the lighter models don't all offer.
- Double fold. Handrail folds onto the deck, deck folds in half. A running treadmill that stores in a closet.
- Pace at a glance. Interactive light strip along the deck, quick speed keys, KS Fit app and Apple Watch support.

Frequently asked questions
Tap a question to open the answer.
▸ Where does the X214 sit in the range?
Above the X21 (7.5 mph, no side armrests) and below the X25 (9.9 mph, 300 lb, 1.5 HP) and X218. It's the pick if you want more than 7.5 mph but don't need the X25's capacity.
▸ Is 8.7 mph fast enough?
8.7 mph is roughly a 6:55 mile. That covers tempo runs and most interval work for recreational runners.
▸ Can I walk on it at a desk?
Yes. Fold the handrail down and it runs in walking mode. It's taller than a dedicated pad, so check desk clearance.
▸ What does the interactive light do?
A light strip along the deck changes with your speed, so you can read your pace without looking at the console.
▸ Does it need assembly?
No. It arrives folded; raise the handrail, plug in and go.

Optional extended protection
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
- One single payment — never a monthly rate. You pay once at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel later.
- 100% of parts and labor for mechanical and electrical failure, including manufacturing defects and hardware failure.
- Home and commercial use are both covered — the plan is valid whether the treadmill sits in your bedroom or in an office.
- If it cannot be repaired, it gets replaced.
Pick your term from the protection plan option shown with this product or in your cart. It is entirely optional, and the 12-month manufacturer warranty applies either way. Accidental damage is not covered by this plan.
Still deciding? Compare the range
Best for tempo runs — you're on it
KingSmith X214 — faster than the X21, lighter than anything above it.
It adds genuine running speed and full side armrests without moving up to a frame you can no longer shift on your own. The trade-off: it carries the same weight rating as the X21, so heavier runners should look further up the range.
If you want quick speed keys and phone pairing
KingSmith X21 — the lighter double-fold with NFC pairing on the console. Best if you train by intervals rather than at a steady pace. See the X21 →
If you're a heavier runner
KingSmith X25 — a stronger motor and a higher weight rating, in a frame one person can still roll away. Best if you want the capacity without the flagship's bulk. See the X25 →
If you want a full-size belt that still folds
KingSmith X218 — a gym-sized running surface on a frame that still folds twice. Best if you're tall, run long, and have the floor space. See the X218 →
If you want one machine for the desk and for running
WalkingPad R3 Hybrid+ — a wide deck that goes flat for the desk and opens into a treadmill afterwards. Best if you'd otherwise buy a pad and a treadmill. See the R3 Hybrid+ →
