KingSmith X25 Folding Treadmill
The fastest folding model under 10 mph, with a 1.5 HP motor, a 300 lb capacity and an enlarged console. Designed for sustained running.
What it changes
Bought once, not billed monthly. A US gym runs $40–70 a month, every month, whether you go or not. This is one payment, and it stays in your home.
The drive costs more than the fee. Two sessions a week is an hour in traffic and fuel you didn't plan on. Here the commute is the length of a hallway.
Your evenings come back. 6 a.m. or 10 p.m., twelve minutes or fifty. Nothing has to be booked, and nothing closes.
Built to outlast the payback. Optional protection from Consumer Priority Service picks up after the one-year manufacturer warranty, for up to six years of total coverage.
Why you'll love it
- Run properly at home. 9.9 mph is a 6-minute mile. The 1.5 HP brushless motor holds pace without straining, session after session.
- Built for bigger runners. 300 lb capacity and a sturdier frame than anything below it in the range.
- Still folds in half twice. Handrail down, deck folded, rolled into a closet on large wheels. A running treadmill that doesn't own the room.
- Fast control. Enlarged console, quick speed keys for intervals, automatic mode, KS Fit app and Apple Watch support.

Frequently asked questions
Tap a question to open the answer.
▸ Is this a walking pad or a treadmill?
A treadmill that folds like a walking pad. It runs to 9.9 mph with the handrail up and drops to walking mode with the handrail down, so it works at a desk too.
▸ Can I do real running workouts on it?
Yes. 9.9 mph is a 6-minute mile, and the 1.5 HP motor is sized for sustained running, not just short bursts. Quick speed keys make intervals easy.
▸ X25 or X218?
Both carry 300 lb. The X218 has a bigger 1.75 HP motor, 11.2 mph, a much larger 55 × 20 in belt and NFC, but weighs 135 lb. The X25 is faster than most people need and 30 lb lighter. Serious runners with the space: X218. Everyone else: X25.
▸ Does it have incline?
No. None of the folding KingSmith models have powered incline; the flat deck is what lets them fold that thin.
▸ How much floor space does it take?
In use, roughly 60 × 30 in with the handrail up. Folded, about half the length, rolling on large wheels into a closet or behind a door.
▸ Does it need assembly?
No. It arrives folded. Unfold, raise the handrail, plug in.

Optional extended protection
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
- One single payment — never a monthly rate. You pay once at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel later.
- 100% of parts and labor for mechanical and electrical failure, including manufacturing defects and hardware failure.
- Home and commercial use are both covered — the plan is valid whether the treadmill sits in your bedroom or in an office.
- If it cannot be repaired, it gets replaced.
Pick your term from the protection plan option shown with this product or in your cart. It is entirely optional, and the 12-month manufacturer warranty applies either way. Accidental damage is not covered by this plan.
Still deciding? Compare the range
Most capacity you can still move — you're on it
KingSmith X25 — the treadmill for heavier and faster runners that one person can still roll away.
It pairs the range's top weight rating with a stronger motor, on a frame that still folds twice and fits in a closet. The trade-off: a standard deck rather than the full-size running surface of the X218.
If you want a full-size belt that still folds
KingSmith X218 — the same weight rating on a gym-sized running surface. Best if you're tall, run long, and have the floor space. See the X218 →
If you train faster than an eight-minute mile
KingSmith X214 — enough top-end speed for tempo work on a lighter frame. Best if you run quickly but comfortably under the weight limit. See the X214 →
If you want quick speed keys and phone pairing
KingSmith X21 — the lightest of the X-series, with NFC pairing on the console. Best if you train by intervals rather than at a steady pace. See the X21 →
If you run regularly and want the stronger motor
WalkingPad R2 — the entry into treadmills: a bigger motor than the walking pads and the slowest start speed in the range. Best if you run a few times a week and also want to walk at a desk. See the R2 →
