▸ Who is the X218 for?
Runners who train seriously at home and want a full-size belt without a full-size machine. If you run under 7-minute miles, do long sessions, or are over 6 ft tall, this is the model.
▸ X218 or X25?
Both carry 300 lb. The X218 adds 1.3 mph of top speed, a much larger belt (55 × 20 vs a standard deck) and NFC pairing, but weighs 135 lb versus 104. If you don't need the extra belt length, the X25 is easier to move and costs less.
▸ How much room does it need?
Roughly 68 × 32 in with the handrail up, plus clearance behind. Folded, it's about half the length and rolls on large wheels, but at 135 lb it lives best in one place.
▸ Can I walk on it at a desk?
Yes, with the handrail folded it runs in walking mode. Given the size, most owners park it and use the walking mode for warm-ups rather than under a desk.
▸ Does it have incline?
No. The flat deck is what allows the double fold. For hill work, use speed intervals.
▸ Does it need assembly?
No. It arrives folded. Raise the handrail, plug in and run. Two people are recommended for unboxing because of the weight.
Delivery
Free delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Warranty and returns
Every X218 comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, electronic controller, main frame and console. The full terms are in our warranty policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Optional extended protection
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.

- 100% of parts and labor for mechanical and electrical failure, including manufacturing defects and hardware failure.
- Home and commercial use are both covered — the plan is valid whether the treadmill sits in your bedroom or in an office.
